All three of the Blane Boys played soccer this fall. Jack played for his very first time! He was a bit tentative at first and did a lot of standing around and watching, but toward the end of the season he was totally into--running up and down the field and kicking the ball. It was super cute to watch. He finally had his own sport and his own team--he has definitely done enough watching of his brothers'. Jack loved his shirt, shin guards and cleats--he wore them every day for a couple of weeks, and we even had to pry them off of him at bedtime. He is so awesome!
Instead of doing it through the Y like we usually do, Paul and I decided to put Max and Sam into a soccer league that was a little more "hard-core" and organized. They did great, and it was fun to watch them improve over the season. I am totally a soccer mom!
