A lot of fun was had in Gramma Jill's backyard. Aside from the horseback rides, 4-wheelers, and trampolines, my boys found a lot of coolness in the form of bugs...
We found a couple of super cool preying mantises, the likes of which made my boys a little skittish initially. But, once Grandma Jill showed them there was nothing to be afraid of, Max and Sam enjoyed watching the strange creatures crawl up and down their arms before setting the desirable insects free in grandma's garden to prey upon the destructive bugs
We have never seen a Preying Mantis in Pennsylvania!!
The boys also spent a lot of time at Grandma's house playing in the water, be it the pool or the sprinkler or the ditch. Even Jack had fun with the hose!
